⟡By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
⟡If you are not willing to accept these terms, please refrain from requesting a commission.
⟡Failure to follow or attempts to violate these rules may result in a permanent blacklist from my services.
⟡Payment must be made 100% upfront through a PayPal invoice before work begins.
⟡All prices are listed in USD
⟡Refunds are not available for YCHs or Adoptables.
⟡In case of chargerbacks these will be set for sale again.
⟡Please do not open a PayPal chargeback. If you need a refund, contact me first and I will handle it myself if applicable.
⟡If a commission is cancelled before it is fully completed, the refund amount will depend on the stage of progress.
⟡Once the artwork is fully completed, refunds will no longer be available.
⟡Major changes after the lining/coloring/shading stage may require an additional fee.
⟡Payment must be completed within 72 hours after the invoice is sent. If payment is not received within this time, the commission request may be cancelled and the slot given to someone else.
⟡Complex designs, extra characters, detailed backgrounds, or major revisions may require additional charges.---⟡The artist reserve the right to decline any commission request.
⟡You acknowledge that I am a digital illustrator, and all artwork provided will be digital only. No physical items will be shipped.
⟡All artwork is intended for personal or private use. My artwork may not be used for commercial purposes, profit, or monetized content. This also includes strictly prohibiting the use of my artwork as NFTs.

⟡You may make minor edits to your commissioned piece yourself or through another artist if needed, but the artwork may not be used for AI training, AI editing, or AI-generated modifications.
⟡Communication can be done through Twitter, Bluesky, Instagram, VGen, Email or Discord
⟡The estimated turnaround time for a commission is between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on my current queue and complexity of the commission.
⟡I keep a Trello board where you can track the progress of all commissions I am working on.
⟡Please do not request priority or rush commissions.
⟡If the artwork is intended as a gift for a birthday, holiday, or special event, please inform me of the deadline before the commission begins.
⟡After payment is received, I will send one or more sketches for your approval. During this stage you are free to request any edits, adjustments, or redraws you would like. There are no fees for edits during the sketch stage, so please feel comfortable asking for changes.
⟡Please note that YCH commissions do not include revisions.
⟡WIP's updates will be shown throughout the main stages of the commission, except for the lineart stage. If you notice anything that needs minor corrections, feel free to ask, minor edits do not have any additional fee.
⟡After the artwork is finished, minor adjustments may still be requested without extra cost, such as small mistakes made by me, small item additions, small details.
⟡However, major edits (such as large design changes, redraws, or adding large props) may require an additional fee ranging from 10% to 40% of the commission’s total price.
⟡Once completed, the final artwork will be delivered as a high-quality PNG file via email, using the same email associated with your PayPal account unless you provide a different email address for delivery.
⟡WIP's images that you receive may be shared privately with friends or in private spaces without needing my permission.
